Now we're looking for Lawn Health Technicians to join our team and help homeowners across Marietta, get the thick, green, healthy lawns they've been chasing for years.

What You'll Do

Apply fertilization, weed control, disease management, and other lawn health treatments to residential properties using company-provided equipment and products

Follow a daily route independently, managing your own schedule and time

Inspect lawns and identify issues (weeds, fungus, pests, soil problems) and recommend appropriate services to customers

Represent Lawn Doctor as a brand ambassador — professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on every stop

Accurately document services performed and communicate with the office and customers as needed

Safely operate and maintain small machinery and application equipment

Note: This is a lawn health role, not a mowing or landscaping position — we don't cut, blow, or trim. You'll be applying treatments, not pushing a mower.

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and a positive, customer-first attitude

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Great written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet daily production goals

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate small machinery

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Prior lawn care, landscaping, or pest control experience is a plus — but not required. We train the right person.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (8hrs/day)
