Summary
The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional customer service, builds client relationships, and drives individual and vendor sales. The role includes beauty consultations, clienteling, and maintaining a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships and deliver a high-quality experience from consultation through follow-up.
- Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
- Maintain counter cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Represent the department and maintain effective relationships with account executives and team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success, including experience exceeding quota.
- Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
- Strong teamwork, multitasking, organization, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
