Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active NJ licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is preferred
• Ability to effectively work with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong understanding of diverse communication disorders and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Skilled in maintaining effective relationships with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning spaces

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with communication, articulation, and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and prepare reports as required
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals regarding student needs and progress
• Participate in meetings, student evaluations, and IEP reviews
• Deliver engaging and evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s abilities and goals
• Foster positive communication skills that empower students both academically and socially
