Entry Level Microbiologist

Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina

Entry-level microbiologist position at Eurofins performing laboratory analyses of biopharmaceutical ingredients and products. Candidate will complete training, prepare samples and standards, operate instrumentation, and ensure quality data compliance with GMP/GLP regulations.

Responsibilities

Complete training program under guidance of experienced analyst mentor
Prepare reagents, samples, and standards according to established procedures
Operate laboratory instrumentation independently or with guidance
Document testing results, observations, and deviations in compliance with regulations
Review laboratory data for accuracy and adherence to GMP/GLP standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, or related field
Authorization to work indefinitely in US without sponsorship
Proficiency with microscopes and biological safety cabinets
Experience with media preparation and organism culture techniques
Strong aseptic technique and serial dilution skills
Proficiency with pipetting and data processing software
