The firm represents employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation defense and related litigation matters. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to develop effective defense strategies and resolve complex claims.

Responsibilities include managing a workers' compensation defense caseload from intake through resolution, developing litigation strategies, representing clients before the relevant state workers' compensation commission and applicable civil and appellate courts, handling pretrial proceedings, hearings, trials, and appeals, conducting and defending depositions, drafting litigation reports, pleadings, legal motions, and other case-related documents, maintaining organized electronic case files and accurate billable time records, building strong client relationships through timely reporting, clear communication, and consistent case updates, and conducting legal research and evaluating claims to support effective case resolution.
