Senior Accountant

StevenDouglas, a top 20 boutique executive search firm, is assisting a rapidly growing global biotech in the Princeton, NJ area in their search for a Senior Accountant. This role will be hybrid with no remote or relocation options available. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Senior Accountant will have responsibilty for assisting with the overall accounting operations of the company, including AP/AR/Closing Activities, internal financial reporting, along with special projects and key initiatives. As the company is in growth mode, the Senior Accountant will have direct access to global internal business partners and visibility across the organization. Qualifications 3+ years' of professional accounting experience (preferably a mix of public accounting and private industry) CPA is required Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX/internal controls, and financial reporting standards Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting systems and reporting tools. Experience supporting international entities and intercompany accounting preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
