Benefits Consulting - Senior Manager

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join the Global Reward Services practice, focusing on designing and managing employee benefit plans for complex clients. Responsibilities leading plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking projects serving as project manager and main client contact, coordinating with teams across locations maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff managing engagement risks, compliance, billing, and budgeting building client relationships and presenting technical recommendations contributing to market and business development activities Additional senior-level duties involve leading complex benefit plan projects.
