What Youll Do: Youll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether youre loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, youll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role Youll:

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of orders and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

What Youll Bring

• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Selector (Picker) Specific:

• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
• Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
• Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:-5 F to 38 F)
• Primarily a 4-day work week, with shifts starting between 4:30 AM to 3:30 PM. or 9:30 am to 8:00 pm
• Weekends are mandatory and holiday availability required
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods

Pay & Benefits:

$29.36/hour or salary range is preferred

Additional $1.00/hr. for all hours worked in the freezer
