Key Responsibilities\n

• Accurately maintain clinical and progress notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with department policies and standard regulations.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in developing and executing personalized treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

• Engage with clients' families and support systems to provide necessary coordination and consultation regarding treatment plans and progress.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, providing therapeutic support and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
