Customer Success Specialist About the Opportunity We're partnering with a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join its growing team. As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure customers receive best-in-class service from order placement through delivery. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle. Process customer orders accurately while ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment. Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance to proactively resolve customer inquiries and order issues. Provide customers with order updates, shipping information, and delivery timelines. Coordinate returns (RMAs), customer cases, and issue resolution from start to finish. Generate quotes and assist customers with pricing, product availability, and order inquiries. Monitor inventory and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize customer needs. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving. Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and support business growth. Recommend process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Customer Operations, Sales Support, Account Coordination, or Order Management within a B2B environment. Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain experience strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
