UX designer, Cross Border and International Expansions

We're looking for a UX Designer to join the Cross-Border Shopping UX team, delivering end-to-end design solutions across global e-commerce experiences that help customers discover and purchase products from around the world. You'll work across multiple product areas spanning Shopping CX and Apps, partnering closely with product, engineering, and research to ship customer-facing experiences at scale.Key job responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end UX design for cross-border shopping featuresDeliver high-quality interaction design, visual design, and prototypes that solve complex customer problemsCollaborate with PM, engineering, and research partners to define problem spaces, explore solutions, and iterate based on data and feedbackContribute to design systems and patterns that scale across multiple international marketplacesPresent design rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for customer needsOperate in fast-paced sprint cycles, managing multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal oversightAbout the teamCross-Border Shopping UX is a high-impact design team embedded within Amazon's cross-border organization. We own the end-to-end customer experience across multiple product areas spanning cross-border shopping and standalone apps. We operate on 2-week sprints, move fast, and ship globally. Every designer on this team owns multiple workstreams and has outsized influence on product direction — you won't be pushing pixels in a corner. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
