Warehouse Manager

Position Summary We are hiring a Warehouse Manager in Etna, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division supporting Ryder E‑Commerce. Job Seekers can review the Job Applicant Privacy Policy by clicking here ( Key Responsibilities Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands. Handle payroll of employees. Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability and provide financial data and operational reports to senior management. Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing. Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned and be available to work on a flexible schedule across various shifts. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. Three or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations. Two or more years of managing and leading direct reports. Excellent knowledge of transportation, warehouse logistics, and safety & security requirements. Skills & Abilities Builds and manages effective teams. Strong leadership and motivating skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and French (for Quebec locations only). Effective interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, structure and schedule tasks to maximize effort and meet deadlines. Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word). Advanced knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations. Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements. Compensation Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month. Annual Salary Pay: $95,000. Annual Bonus: up to 10% of base salary.
