Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Sam's Club #6436, 1211 Crossing Meadows Dr, Onalaska, WI 54650-8560 Position Summary Responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes, and ensuring the freshness of rotisserie chicken. Tasks include wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, managing temperature control, and providing excellent customer service while juggling multiple priorities. Responsibilities Prepare food according to item specifications, ensuring high quality and adherence to food safety standards. Maintain prepared foods area cleanliness and sanitation, verify expiration dates, and dispose of inferior products. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep it fresh for members. Assist members with bakery orders and provide a friendly sales floor experience. Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper temperature and sanitation. Use digital tools for production decisions, training, and product quality tracking. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and assist in product education for teammates. Enforce company policies, including handling claims, returns, and inventory management. Support team goals by driving performance, eliminating waste, and guiding peers. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to complete required job training and assessments within a prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation Hourly wage: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premium compensation may be earned at rates ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
