Qualifications:

• Valid MA Special Education Teacher Licensure required
• Prior experience working with K-8th grade students preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Ability to create inclusive lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
• Commitment to fostering a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt and deliver engaging instruction for students with varying abilities
• Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families
• Collect and report on student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team goals
• Maintain a classroom environment that is safe, respectful, and conducive to learning
