FLATBED DRIVERS NEEDED

Flatbed Driver Company Overview:

• We are a transportation company in search of experienced drivers to join our team.
• Our company values safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all aspects of our operations.
• We offer competitive compensation, including a percentage of the linehaul, paid orientation, and benefits after 90 days.
• With 90% contracted freight and the potential to earn between $1,500 and $2,000, we provide consistent and rewarding opportunities for our drivers.
• Prior flatbed experience is needed, we also value candidates with coil experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport goods to various destinations.
• Secure cargo using appropriate methods, such as chains, straps, or tarps.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• At least 1 year of experience specifically in flatbed driving.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cargo.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routes.
• Coil experience is a plus.
