General Accountabilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly, and attentive experience to all guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Keep all areas of the department you're assigned clean and organized at all times
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide information about spa services and facilities, and respond to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following safety protocols, monitoring spa facilities, and promptly reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the management team.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest service, employee conduct, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and department leaders to ensure smooth daily operations, support other team members as needed, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the spa and its guests.
• Take initiative to expand knowledge and skills related to spa services, wellness practices, and customer service techniques through training and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications

• Preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Experience: At least 1 year in the hospitality or wellness industry
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, at least two hours intervals.
• Must be able to work in a sitting position for an extended period of time; at least four hours.
• Must be able to reach for specific objects at short distances in local working areas.
• On occasion may be required to lift and carry heavy objects, push or pull heavy objects; kneel, bend or stoop, and ascend or descend ladders or stairs.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and in stressful situations.
• Must respond to multiple task interruptions and still provide service to internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• May require local travel to various locations on business.

Salary: $15.92 - $17 per hour
