Clinical Informaticist

Collaborating with clinical and IT departments, the full-time Clinical Informatics Project Manager will develop, implement, and support clinical information systems to enhance patient care, while managing projects, optimizing workflows, and facilitating communication among multidisciplinary teams both onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities Leads design, implementation, and optimization of clinical applications, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals Creates and maintains project documentation, including system specifications and workflow documents for complex clinical initiatives Organizes and leads user group meetings, providing oversight and facilitating discussions to drive project outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a work-related field from an accredited college or university Five years of progressively responsible experience as a licensed healthcare provider or in clinical information technology Experience with project management in healthcare settings Knowledge of Epic systems and clinical software applications Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows for optimization
