This role will require the new hire to collaborate on the design with clinicians (MDs, Nurses) and technical engineers. This person will then act as the Development team liaison throughout the engineering process.Interacting with Doctors/NursesKnowledge of Medical codes, CPT codes etc.Good Clinical experienceIT experience as BA and interacting with business and IT/Engg teamsExplain and understand technical solutionsPrimary Responsibilities:Interpret clinical guidelines and policies authored by Health Plans and CMSBuild clinical models for automation that adhere to clinical policiesAnalyze historical data to build and validate modelsConsult with MDs and Nurses during the model building processCollaborate with Development and QA teams to codify and validate the modelsServe as the Clinical Technical Support for Production issuesDevelop use cases and user stories to support application flowsPerform analysis and define data mapping models in support of service modelsDevelop detailed source-to-target data mapping and data transformation rulesRequirements:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 3 years experience in Healthcare ITStrong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skillsProficiency in Visio and ExcelExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently and as a team memberGood organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsAssets:Degree in Clinical InformaticsFamiliarity with CMS, MCG, Interqual guidelinesComfortable in querying and analyzing data using SQL toolsExperience with EMRSRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
