Position Overview Seeking an HR Administrator to support a growing HR team during a period of significant growth and change. Primary responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, reporting, and HRIS support onsite. Core Responsibilities Manage onboarding documentation and employee records Coordinate offboarding processes and documentation. Support background check administration (handled internally). Run HR reports and assist with upcoming performance reviews. Maintain employee data within HRIS. Experience Paycom experience strongly preferred. HRIS experience preferred. Strong administrative and documentation skills. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Employee Workplace
