Paint Line Team Lead - 1st Shift

Strong Hold is a family‑owned manufacturer looking for a Plant Manager to lead a 10‑hour shift team Monday‑Thursday. We value performance, teamwork, and a safe work environment. Responsibilities Execute the Production Plan set by Plant Leadership. Interpret production drawings and job specifications to ensure builds meet quality standards. Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications. Troubleshoot equipment repairs and defective materials. Maintain employee and machine safety. Approve weekly timecards, manage schedules and time‑off requests. Train and develop team members. Keep the work area clean and orderly. Focus on building high‑quality products. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience in manufacturing. Experience on a powder‑coat paint line. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Technical mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints. Proficiency with hand tools and machinery operation. Basic math and measurement skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Comfortable operating forklifts and pallet jacks. High school diploma or equivalent.
