Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of nursing staff.

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Contribute to team goals and collaborate on patient care plans.

• Strive for personal growth and improvement in patient care skills.

• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.

Experience/Qualifications

• Participate actively in training and professional development to enhance skills.

• Demonstrate proficiency in monitoring and accurately recording vital signs.

• Adhere strictly to healthcare regulations and company policies.

• Contribute effectively to team goals and collaborate on patient care plans.

• Provide compassionate patient care with attention to individual needs and preferences.

• Effectively assist patients with daily living activities ensuring comfort and dignity.
