Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: North Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Contract Duration: Through 08/30/2027
Schedule: 40 hours/week

• 4-day, 10-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 5-day shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Overtime: Hours worked over 40 are paid at 1.5x the regular rate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a quality-controlled environment. This role involves receiving, order picking, packing, inventory handling, and dock processing while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and dock processing activities.
• Count, sort, and record large, heavy-weight inventory accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (forklift experience preferred).
• Follow all quality, safety, and company policies.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience .
• Strong and stable work history.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and loud warehouse environments.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.

• Forklift certification or experience operating:

  • Order Picker
  • Stand-up Forklift
  • Pacer/Dock Stocker
  • Turret Truck (working at heights)
• Distribution center or 3PL warehouse experience
