Join us to make legends happen!The RoleThe Parking Attendant plays a critical role in creating both the first and last impression for guests visiting the Arena. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and organized flow of vehicles during entry and exit from the arena's parking areas. The Parking attendants oversee traffic movement to support a smooth ingress and egress, helping to minimize congestion and maintain a positive guest experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service to guests as they enter parking locationsAssist guests with directions to other locations or the quickest entry points into the facilityEnsure all vehicles are properly parked by vehicle permitProvide set up and break down of signage and traffic management equipment around assigned parking locations in compliance with the traffic management programOperate gate controlling arm.Ensure traffic does not back up during ingress and egressOther duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
