Valet AttendantThe Valet Attendant is responsible for safely driving and parking members and guest cars on arrival and retrieving them upon departure. We ask questions to truly understand the core of a matter.Pete's Promise:Service ForwardRuthlessly ConsistentDo the Right ThingNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Primary Job FunctionsWarmly greeting each member with a smile; directing members to available self parking, accepting vehicles as needed, driving cars to open spaces and securing keys in the lock box.Keeping track of times that club visitors will be returning to their vehiclesRunning between the valet loop and back parking lot to retrieve cars in a timely mannerCarefully driving through a congested parking lot with safety being the primary concernDiffusing member conflict situations with tact and professionalismCommunicate timely and follow up as appropriateActive participation in events, programs, meetings and trainingRepresent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and responseSchedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and eveningsMinimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily.
