Hybrid Business Analyst II: Process Improvement

Segra is seeking a qualified Business Analyst II to join our Kansas City, MO office in a full-time, hybrid role. The analyst will collect and document As-Is processes, gather business requirements with department leaders, and coordinate with IT to manage process changes end-to-end. A proactive approach to monitoring processes and recommending efficiency improvements is required. Required: 2+ years in business and process analysis, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio, PowerPoint), and #J-18808-Ljbffr Segra
