This person will be comfortable developing and utilizing reporting to identify areas for opportunity and optimization, working cross-functionally to implement changes, managing payment providers, and directing the operations of the fraud team.Major Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Develop payment strategy to increase authorization rates while minimizing cost across Revolve markets Develop reporting on approval rates, payment fees, and chargebacks to drive strategic and operational decisionsWork cross-functionally to implement changes to internal payments and fraud systems, as well as partner integrationsManage relationships with payment vendorsOwn payment and fraud KPI’sCollaborate cross-functionally to develop and enhance internal tools and manage integrationsEnsure compliance with regulations and industry standards related to paymentsDirect the fraud teamUnderstand the e-commerce fraud environment and quickly react to new fraud trendsRequired Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Strong understanding of the payment environment, including alternative payments and regulations for card networksAbility to work and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environmentCandidate must be detail-focused and able to assess data and trendsUtilize data to support decision-makingAbility to articulate thoughts and findings both orally and in writingMaintain high operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvementQuickly implement system changes to react to trendsProactive in identifying and addressing challengesStrong communicatorQualifications:BA/BS requiredMinimum of 8+ years of experience managing paymentsExperience with domestic and international processors and networks, and alternative paymentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions and processesFamiliarity with regulations and industry standards related to payment and fraudExperience leading a teamStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelSQL experience a plusA successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
