They are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a key area of their manufacturing operation, providing leadership, coordinating day‑to‑day activities, and supporting operational efficiency within a dynamic and specialized business environment.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

Oversee plant operations and production. Provide production oversite, continuous improvement and lean principles Supervise a team of 10 direct reports Work with other departments and oversee them through the supervisors. Including production, maintenance, shipping, quality, supply chain and engineering. Implement and maintain preventative maintenance plans, production improvement plans and cost reductions.
