The posted compensation range of $54.46 - $64.74 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Clinical Lab Scientist II (CLS II), you will perform routine and complex testing in multiple areas of the clinical laboratory in a timely manner with a minimum of direct supervision.

Every day, you will provide training and technical assistance for coworkers.

To be successful in this role, you will monitor and evaluate quality control for testing performed.

• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to be an effective team member, and work with many publics across all departments
• Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of principles, procedures, and techniques of clinical laboratory analysis
• Performs routing maintenance and repair on instruments utilized

Required

• Two (2) years clinical laboratory experience as a medical technologist
• California Clinical Lab Scientist Certification
