Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)

Compensation Salary Range: $52.36 - $74.79 per hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition the CLS operates and maintains equipment, performs and evaluates quality control, discusses and reviews patient results and participates in special projects as needed. * FULL-TIME & REGULAR PART-TIME POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A SIGN-ON BONUS* Qualifications Required: Current CA Clinical Laboratory Scientist License. Bachelor's Degree Completion of a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Program Able to perform venipuncture.
