Position Title: Dealer Set-Up & National Sales Support
Position Status: Non-Exempt
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Location: On-Site (Chesterfield, MO)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dealer enrollments
- Enter/Update ACT, SPIRO, RedCar
- Track in Team Support
- Follow up missing documents
- Follow up missing information
- Process Admin Change
- Request Billing
- Field Team and Strategic Account Sales Support
- Following up with unanswered kick off requests or additional materials
- Work on sales support related requests from Field Sales and Strategic Sales teams
- Provide prompt communication on requests
- Communicate effectively with detailed summarization of requests
- Document each request and updates within Team Support tool
- Utilize as needed: Team Support, RedCar, BlackCar, ACT!, Jira & Mail Warehouse to research sales support requests
- Follow up on missing or incomplete enrollment items
- Work with sales, agents and dealerships to obtain missing setup items
- Work with setup team to provide updates on pending dealer setups
- Heat Process
- Work with Sales, Accounting, Customer Service, etc to compile necessary findings on Heat cases
- Communicate findings with National Sales Support Manager
- Maintain organized notes on all Heat cases to ensure all cross functional teams can access and view items related to each Heat case
- Utilize as needed: Team Support, RedCar, BlackCar, ACT!, Jira & Mail Warehouse to research Heat cases
- CRM Sales Process
- Learn and utilize Spiro to assist Sales on necessary changes
- Work with setup team on necessary Spiro changes
- Work with Reporting team to ensure necessary Spiro fields are updated accordingly
- Other duties as assigned
