The ideal candidate is dependable, driven, diligent, and has a working knowledge of maintenance-related tasks. Responsibilities Daily room rounds Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety checks and inspections Plant maintenance to include painting, furniture repairs, other repairs, or installations Coordination of contractors for outsourced work Ability to use technology for work orders and other documentation of inspections completed #J-18808-Ljbffr
