Position Type : Full Time Pay Rate : $18.57 / Hour Job Schedule : DayTimeThur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or site contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations within an aerospace and defense environment. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy concerns. Complete assigned reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or operational concerns while following post orders and location protocols. Minimum Requirements A minimum of 2 years of security‑related experience is required. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
