ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026, and we're excited to be building a team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years working as a State Farm Team Member, learning the business and gaining firsthand experience helping customers protect what matters most. That experience shaped the kind of agency I wanted to create—one where team members are supported, challenged, and given opportunities to grow.

I attended Drake University and enjoy spending my free time outdoors, relaxing at the cabin, playing pickleball, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams. I believe work should be rewarding, but it's also important to enjoy life outside the office and maintain a healthy balance.

As a new agency, we're focused on creating a positive and supportive culture where people enjoy coming to work each day. We're building a team that works hard, supports one another, and shares a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Davis Olson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
