The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring that both the interior and exterior areas are well-maintained and presentable. Average hours per week: 10-12. Responsibilities Perform regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues as reported by staff or customers. Maintain outdoor areas for cleanliness and general upkeep. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment. Report any damages or necessary repairs to the Property Manager in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred. Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills.
