This is a 3-day in office position.

Description:

This person is responsible for finance management activities supporting Sales Operations, including forecast consolidation, headcount and compensation reporting, RSU order-entry forecasting, SOP service-level agreement support, pricing, and finance partnership for GOM and GBF. The role also supports US-based cost center controlling, communications budgeting, prescriptive marketing finance activities, and selected client support topics including Ariba Purchasing, Limits of Authority backup, and customs invoice backup support.

Experience : 5-8 years. Knowledge : Deep professional know-how and experience in one Sub Job Family. Masters domain. Transfers and applies know-how to / in various contexts. Solid professional judgment and problem solving competence. Improves existing processes and approaches.

Role Overview:

This position supports Sales Operations finance activities, including forecasting, reporting, and business partnership across U.S. and Germany teams. This is an individual contributor role with strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecast consolidation and financial planning

Headcount and compensation reporting

RSU order-entry forecasting

SLA support and drafting

Pricing and finance partnership (GOM & GBF)

Cost center controlling and budgeting

Ariba purchasing and operational finance support

Must-Have Skills:

5-8 years of finance/FP&A experience

Advanced Excel (expert level required)

SAP and Ariba experience

Strong forecasting and reporting background

Excellent communication skills (global team collaboration)

Business partnership mindset

Nice-to-Have:

SLA drafting experience

Revenue operational planning

Process improvement experience
