Superintendent

Delphi Construction is seeking skilled and motivated superintendents with experience in ground‑up or rehabilitation projects exceeding $1 million in total value. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project staff management, and execution and delivery. They will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Industries Healthcare Commercial/Corporate Multi‑Unit Residential Education/Institutional Senior Living Faith‑Based Responsibilities Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary Collaborate with project team members to resolve any issues or delays Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, and quality control procedures Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation Degree in construction or related field (preferred) Job Type: Full‑time Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Delphi Construction, Inc.
