About the Roles
We are seeking an both experienced and non-experienced team members to join our growing team in the logistics and moving industry serving the Cape and Islands. Ideal candidates are hands-on and who work well in a team. Depending on experience and capabilities we are looking for team leaders, movers and warehouse/inventory support. Positions available in Hyannis and Nantucket.
Responsibilities
- Work on residential and commercial moves on Nantucket and off-island (if foreman or mover - must live on island or commute on the ferry)
- Load, transport, and unload furniture and household goods safely
- Unbox, inspect and record furniture in inventory system
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout each move
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Train and mentor crew members
- Complete job paperwork and perform vehicle/equipment inspections
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of moving, logistics, or related experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable, organized, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak season
