Maintenance TechnicianAt MRK, our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for handling repairs, troubleshooting problems, and performing preventative maintenance across assigned properties. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the grounds and buildings, with a strong focus on completing work orders in a timely manner.We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Willows at Pleasantville community in Pleasantville, NJ, a property consisting of 128 residential units. If you take pride in maintenance work and have strong diagnostic skills, we encourage you to apply.Key Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
