This role is responsible for inspecting items, identifying defects and maintaining quality control processes. Key ResponsibilitiesInspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standardsIdentify defects or issues and report findingsDocument inspection results and maintain quality recordsFollow established quality control procedures and guidelinesWork with teams to resolve quality issuesSupport continuous improvement of quality processesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDRelevant experience in quality control or inspectionOne year of inspection experience preferredStrong mathematical skills, including decimals, fractions, and basic geometry knowledge.Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes.Basic competency in Math skills / calculations of decimals and fractions.Computer skills sufficient to complete inspection reports and quality records.Experience with blueprint reading, inspection tools, or equipment preferred.Ability to pass a Jeager and Ishihara vision test.SkillsStrong attention to detailGood problem-solving skillsAbility to follow procedures and guidelinesBasic communication skillsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
