Responsibilities

As a OT - Hand Therapist Youll Achieve Success By:

• Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Using exercises stretching equipment and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred OR

  • CHT-eligible (minimum 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of practice ) awaiting board examination OR

  • Level II fieldwork in hand therapy with relevant continuing education and 12 years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a licensed OT OR

  • New grads with Level II fieldwork in hand therapy with a a strong clinical interest in upper extremity rehabilitation and a commitment to pursuing advanced training and certification in hand therapy

Compensation: $90K - $120K with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off medical dental vision disability and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
