Accounting Manager | Miami, FL | $130K + Bonus Join a fast-growing renewable energy company that's expanding its North American infrastructure footprint. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside the Controller and CFO, helping build scalable accounting processes while making a direct impact in a high-growth environment. Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly close process, financial reporting, and account reconciliations Partner with leadership to strengthen internal controls and improve accounting operations Support audits, technical accounting, and multi-entity financial reporting Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP optimization Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and project accounting Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial reporting and business performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (multi-entity experience preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and internal controls NetSuite and Power BI experience highly preferred Project Accounting experience under ASC 360-10 preferred CPA or CPA-eligible preferred Experience with Power Automate, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools is a plus Background in energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other project-based industries is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
