Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user calls, chats, tickets, and other assigned support channels
• Manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle using ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
• Resolve or appropriately route technical incidents and requests using Knowledge Base articles
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and meet established SLAs
• Communicate with users, vendors, and IT teams to coordinate issue resolution and follow-ups
• Monitor support queues and escalate broader technical issues when required
• Follow Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Knowledge Management processes
• Provide professional customer service and contribute toward Service Desk performance goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree in IT or related field
• IT-related professional certification
• English
