What We Offer Competitive compensation packages that reward performance, including: Expected salary range of $75,000–$90,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity. What You Will Do Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports. Provide exemplary service to residents and team members. Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals. Oversee leasing and maintenance teams, facilitate leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and adherence to legal standards and company policies. What You Have At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or related industry. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management. 2–4 years of experience leading a team in a competitive sales and customer service environment. Proven coaching ability and ability to mentor a diverse group. Ability to use sales processes and metrics to drive results. Understanding of financials and budgets. Knowledge of property management systems (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, etc.). Benefits Paid time off (vacation, sick time, 14 holidays).
