Bartender
Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for service.
- Follow set work procedures (labels) for bar service.
- Check customers in/out; enter cashless payment methods.
- Receive and serve customers; accept and give orders and submit order forms.
- Keep bar area clean, sanitized, and safe by following procedures laid out by your supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, tables, chairs, walls etc..
- Prepare, serve, and protect food/beverages according to company policies and procedures.
- Follow SHS (Sims Health Regulations) to keep area safe and clean.
- Assist other staff with bar tasks when not serving.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Possess basic business knowledge.
- Possess correct cash handling skills including cash withdrawal and deposit procedures.
