Part-Time Office Administrator

Location: Roseville, MN Hours: 12–15 hours per week Pay: $20 per hour, based on experience Position Summary Zion Care Services LLC is looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Manager to help manage the daily administrative needs of our office. The ideal candidate should have good organizational and communication skills and work independently. Key Responsibilities Manage general day-to-day office activities. Maintain employee and administrative files. Assist with employee onboarding and personnel documentation. Track staff training and other required deadlines. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping. Help organize documents for DHS and other compliance requirements. Assist with recruitment and employee communications. Provide general administrative support to management. Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience. Good organizational and communication skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other basic office applications. Able to work independently and follow through on assignments. Healthcare, human services, HR, or compliance experience is a plus. Experienced professionals, retirees, and veterans are encouraged to apply. After my stroke, I dreaded being dependent.
