Key Qualifications & Experience:
- RBT certification required
- Previous paraprofessional experience in a school or preschool setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting young children, especially those with learning or behavioral needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, consistent 1:1 support to an assigned preschool student
- Implement and follow behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Assist with classroom activities, reinforcing lessons and social-emotional learning
- Monitor and document progress while fostering an inclusive, positive environment
- Communicate regularly with teachers and specialists regarding student needs
