We’re looking for a hardworking, friendly, proactive team player to join us as a Client Care Specialist. What You’ll Do Be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital—greeting clients with warmth and professionalism Manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments with accuracy and care Process payments and handle client transactions smoothly Keep our reception area inviting, organized, and presentable What We’re Looking For A people-person with excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy environment Strong computer and phone skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus !
