Locum Tenens Cardiology Opportunity

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: September 7-13, 2026 (with potential for ongoing, consistent coverage). Inpatient onsite days 7:00 AM-5:30 PM; night pager call 5:00 PM-7:00 AM on some nights (not every night). Provider must be able to work both the inpatient shift AND night call. OT applies after 10 hours per day.
• Job Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: Inpatient Cardiology (Required), ICU (Required), Echocardiography (Required), TEE Transesophageal Echo (Required), Nuclear Cardiology Cardiolyte, Thallium, etc. (Required), Non-invasive Cardiology (Required), Rounding: Assigned and Unassigned Patients, Patients Per Shift: 15-18, Admissions Required
• Call: Beeper call; covers both inpatient and outpatient call needs. Call response time: 20 minutes. Phone consults available.
• EMR System: Epic
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days. Temporary privileges available. All locum providers must go through the site's temporary privileges process must have a clean file. Facility will not reimburse licensing costs.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required (Internal Medicine Cardiology)
• Certifications: Fellowship: Level 2 required
• Licensure: Active WA, will consider IMLC
