Mission Manager

Mission Manager Leidos has multiple Mission Manager positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Mission Managers are responsible for coordinating, resourcing and overseeing the execution of persistent collection operations, working with in-house and geographically dispersed elements in support of clearly defined collection objectives. Key Skills Collaborate effectively in a team environment. Make complex, multi-factor decisions under extreme stress. Think critically about immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions. Be a natural multi-tasker and communicator. Qualifications and Experience Minimum requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in tactical ground operation, tactical air operations, and complex command and control tools and systems. Work experience in high to extreme stress environments. At least 6+ years of Intelligence experience (including LEO, FBI, USSS, etc.) or DoD experience. Valid driver’s license with Real ID. Education: Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 to 8 years of full-time professional experience. Master’s degree preferred with 2 to 6 years of experience.
