This is an opportunity for an attorney with criminal-law experience to build a long-term career handling meaningful cases, developing as a trial lawyer, and making a genuine difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities Represent clients in criminal matters from initial engagement through resolution Independently manage a criminal caseload Attend court hearings throughout Utah, primarily along the Wasatch Front Maintain exceptional communication with clients and staff Conduct legal research and draft motions, memoranda, and pleadings Prepare for and litigate evidentiary hearings, motions, and trials Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service and courtroom advocacy Qualifications Active Utah Bar license in good standing Three or more years of criminal-law experience preferred
